collaborators
Collaborators are members of your production team that can have general access to the project content on the platform. There are currently four levels of access:
- View (can see and comment on everything)
- Edit (can edit any content)
- Admin (can add/remove collaborators and manage script sharing)
- Owner (cannot be removed from the project)
Collaborators are invited via email. If the user already has a Collabrix account, they are immediately added to the project. If the invitee registers with a different email address than on the invitation, they are given an opportunity to “request access” to the project, with the Owner/Admin must then approve.
Removing a collaborator will immediately revoke their access to the project.
